Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges
All products of the Blue Owl Land online store are digital downloadable files. Once the digital product(s) is purchased and downloaded by the buyer we assume that all files associated with the product are physically located on the buyer's computer or the buyer's mobile device, so we no longer have control over the downloaded product's file(s). In case of a return or exchange we cannot make sure the product's file(s) is deleted from the buyer's computer or the mobile device. Because of this nature of the digital content we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.

Damaged files or product download issues
Please inspect your product's file(s) upon download and contact us immediately if any of the product's files are defective, damaged, cannot be opened, or if you are experiencing download issues, so that we could resolve the issue(s) as soon as possible. The buyer has 14 calendar days since the day of the purchase to report any issues about the purchase.

Refunds
We will only allow refunds if the buyer is having a persistent and a proven product's file(s) download issue(s). We will make our best attempts to resolve any download issues the buyer may experience and help the buyer download the product's file(s). In case the buyer keeps having product download issue(s) and we definitely can attest the issue(s) exists on our side and not on the buyer side, we will issue a full product refund to the buyer's original payment method within the next 2 business days. Please note, that it can take a few extra days for the refund to get processed and appear in the buyer's bank or credit card account.
